Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving full payment.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We attempt to provide fixed rate shipping via Australia Post.

Should you wish to opt for Express Shipping addistional charges may be applicable.

Please Note:

• Delivery lead times are dependent on your location and the Australia Post delivery network. Remote and regional areas may require longer delivery times.

• The estimated delivery time begins after the order has been processed and shipped.

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Modified Fashion is not responsible for any parcels lost or damaged in transit, however, we use registered mail.

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number(s) [State When, e.g., within 24 hours] of your order being shipped.

• The tracking number will be active within [Insert Time, e.g., 24 hours].

• You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website using the provided tracking number.

• We currently offer international shipping to limited countries.

• International shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated by exception following a request sent directly to us via email.

• The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees applicable to their country. These charges are not included in the total price of your order and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

• Modified Fashion is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Australia Post directly to file a claim.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
